About Myself
Mr. Palaksh is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and is currently practicing before the Bombay High Court and other courts and tribunals in Mumbai. His practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate disputes, banking and finance, and civil litigation.
